Can You Apostille My Documents?

Massachusetts corporate and federal documents are acceptable for the apostille service. We may provide expedited authentication services for Massachusetts certifications from the MA Secretary of State within just One Business Day. Please, contact our customer service for confirmation first.

Can You Apostille Out Of State Documents?

Documents issued by a different state can not be apostilled by the State of Massachusetts. They must be apostilled from the same issuing state. Documents issued by the Federal government for individuals or companies located in Massachusetts must obtain the Apostille from the U.S. Department of State.​

Can You Review My Documents?

Providing your application is in order, we will review your documents, and notary compliance then proceeds to the appropriate government office to complete the application. Once the document is apostilled, you can pick it up in person or pre-pay for FedEx or DHL to deliver the document back to you anywhere in the world.​

How Long Does The Process Take?

For Massachusetts:
– Economy Service: 3-15 Business Days
– Express Service: 1-2 Business Days
Other States:
The short answer is it depends on their volume and staffing levels usually 1-3 weeks.

How Do I Cancel the Service?

You can cancel the service any time prior to taking or mailing your documents to the government office. Refund requests must be in writing and done within the time frame set in our posted terms of use agreement. ​

Where Is Massachusetts Apostille Accepted?

Massachusetts Apostille is acceptable for all types of documents destined for use in one of the Hague Convention Participating Countries.​

Can You Apostille My FBI Report?

We do provide the Apostille for these documents but not the FBI background checks themselves. Please find a list of approved FBI Channelers to assist in that process. Give them our address for Apostille or order a digital copy and email it. They may provide another Apostille service, however, we will likely give you the best price and service.

How Do You Mail Me My Documents Back?

Yes, we use FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Please email us the name, address, and telephone of where we are sending the documents for an accurate shipping quote.​

What Documents To Apostille?

The State of Massachusetts can only apostille documents signed by an MA state public official. Such as:

  • Apostille for Massachusetts Notaries Public documents.
  • Apostille for Town Clerks documents.
  • Apostille for Local Registrars of Vital Statistics documents.
  • Apostille for Clerks and Assistant Clerks of the Superior and Probate Courts documents.
  • Apostille for Commissioners of Massachusetts State Agencies documents.

Do Apostilled Documents Expire?

Apostille certificates do not have an expiry date. The apostille certificate will have a date of issue but they do not ‘run out’ or ‘expire’. In most circumstances, an apostille should be accepted at any time after the issue. However, there are some circumstances when a recent apostille may be requested on a document.​
